EFIC provides tax advisory and compliance, audit and assurance, accounting, risk advisory, business consulting and corporate compliance services. The scope, fees, timelines and deliverables of any engagement are governed exclusively by a signed engagement letter between EFIC and the client.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services, nor does it create a client relationship.

10. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tanzanian courts.
